Forged, Not Fixed

We don’t promise easy answers. We build resilience in the fire of real life — where trauma meets grit and clarity replaces chaos. This challenge is about rising, not retreating; about discipline, not distraction. No hype. No excuses. Just proven tools and leaders who’ve lived it.

We’ve seen what happens when people drift, burn out, or break down — and we refuse to let that be the final story. The MindFire Challenge is your reset point. It’s not theory, it’s a blueprint: focus, accountability, and relentless honesty that turns struggle into strength.

Meet the team below.

Who’s Leading You

Dr. John A. King

Author • Survivor • Performance Coach • Founder, The Phoenix Collective

John has been where you are. At 45, a flood of traumatic memories from childhood abuse and trafficking hit like a freight train. He lost everything—marriage, home, identity. What he discovered on the other side is the backbone of Phoenix: healing isn’t about going back to who you were—it’s about becoming who you’re meant to be. His coaching blends neuroscience, practical field tools, and straight talk earned under pressure—no theory, just results.

  • Bachelor in Applied Science • Doctorate in Theology
  • Certified Executive & Life Coach
  • 10+ years helping and coaching trauma survivors
  • Founder, Give Them a Voice Foundation
  • Author of 27 books • International speaker
  • Featured in award-winning documentaries
